Sprawny staż is a programme of the Integralia Foundation for students and graduates with disabilities. It offers paid internships in a friendly environment of the prestigious employers. Each intern will receive a minimum, monthly salary of PLN 4, 872. Paweł, the third-year student of finance and accounting, gained the experience in the accounting operations department of an international company. Your various tasks:
• Supporting team in daily activities
• Preparing the reports, forecasts, analysis, and presentations [regular and ad hoc]
• Taking part in process improvement projects
• Working on a project together with other team members

The recruitment process consists of two main stages:
• The first stage is conducted by the Integralia Foundation. Interviews take place between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM (in person or online). If you successfully pass this stage, we will recommend your candidacy to the employer.
• The second stage is conducted by the company hosting the internship. You will be informed of the outcome of the interviews no later than June 21, 2024.
Competency tests may be part of the recruitment process.
